My husband and I went to the Lodge for a couple of nights to celebrate our 1 year wedding anniversary. The room was beautiful (and clean!) and the pricing was great. I somehow forgot my kindle there and seeing as how we live almost 3 hours away, going back to pick it up wasn’t an option. I emailed and asked if it was found and figuring it would be like other hotels, I just assumed it was a lost cause and my kindle was gone. The owners mailed my kindle back to me!!! It came within a couple of days so they even likely sent it out before I emailed them!! That meant a lot to me and was so appreciated!! The Lodge has a welcoming and comfortable vibe and the owners make you feel like family. We will absolutely be going back!! Thank you for making our first wedding anniversary so nice!
