Nancy Sheldon, Robin Sheldon, and Kim Janasik,
The room was clean and there were plenty of towels in the bathroom.
The welcome bags were cute and very nice. The grounds were clean and the pool area was very nice.
After getting settled in we had to go the office and get additional toilet paper and a box of Kleenex.
We tried to call the office but the phone did work.
The television in the single bedroom did not work.
The bathroom door did not have a handle on it to open and close the door.
There were no towel racks in the bathroom. There was a small hook on the wall. The basket of towels on the counter in the bathroom was in the way of getting cleanup.
The table between the two beds was to small, there was no place to put things. I use a CPAP and there was no place to put it.
We had to push the chairs around the room to sit at the table and to watch TV. A lamp and table by the chair by the closet would be nice to have to be able to read and place things on during our stay.
I am sorry to write a negative review.
But we felt that we needed to share these things with the management of the lodge.
