Booked a room for June 30 – July 2. We got there and were told our room was not dog friendly, despite being told while booking that it WAS dog friendly. They later told us only few rooms are dog friendly and the rest are not. Why was that not mentioned to us while booking?! No disclaimer, nothing. We have traveled cross country with our dog and never in a hotel is a “part of it” dog friendly. And even if that was the case, it would be mentioned. They still charged us the full amount. Thoroughly disappointed.
